30 Days to Return
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return.

Menapet covers the cost of return shipping — you won't pay anything out of pocket to return an eligible item.
Conditions
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days from delivery
How to Start a Return
Email us at contactomenapet.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and, in most cases, without needing to return the product.
